Directions TO Camp Davy Crockett using 11-W:

  1. Take 11- W (or Stone Drive) toward Rogersville/Bean Station/KnoxvilleGo 4.0 miles outside of Rogersville,Continue on 11-W, which is still  a 4-lane road; be prepared to get into the left hand turn lane at the top of a hill where the grassy median strip has ended, and look for the BSA camp sign
  2. Turn left onto Melinda Ferry Rd. (TN 344)   Go across a bridge and through a residential neighborhood.  2.4 miles
  3. Turn right on Lee Valley Rd.   0.1 mile
  4. Turn left to stay on Lee Valley Rd, staying on this road for 1.7 mile. 5. Turn right to stay on Lee Valley Rd.  Go 1.5 miles
  5. Lee Valley Rd. becomes Bingham Rd.   It forks and becomes Nanny Ridge Rd to the left and Bingham Rd. to the right.
  6. Turn on Bingham Rd.  Go 0.2 mile, the road will make another sharp curve to the right
  7. Go a short distance until you see the BSA archway on Scout Camp Road to the left
  8. Turn left onto Scout Camp Rd
  9. Follow Scout Camp Rd into Headquarters. Parking is at the headquarters parking area.  Troop 387 is in Bear Campsite, which is first campsite to the left of the main entry road into CDC, across from Headquarters.
Directions FROM Camp Davy Crockett to Kingsport using 11-W

  1. Depart the camp on Scout Camp Rd
  2. Go a short distance until you see the BSA archway on Scout Camp Road; turn right at the sign
  3. Get on  onto Bingham Rd.  Go 0.2 mile, the road will make another sharp curve to the left
  4. Bingham Rd becomes Lee Valley Rd.   It forks and becomes Nanny Ridge Rd to the right and Lee Valley Rd. to the left.
  5. Keep left to stay on Lee Valley Rd.  Go 1.5 miles
  6. Turn right to stay on Lee Valley Rd, staying on this road for 1.7 mile
  7. Turn left on Lee Valley Rd.   0.1 mile
  8. Turn right onto Melinda Ferry Rd. (Also TN 344)   Go across a bridge and through a residential neighborhood.   2.4 miles
  9. Turn right at the 4-lane which is 11- W toward Knoxville/Bean Station It is 4 miles to Rogersville; stay on 11-W, until you reach Kingsport.
